Qualifications

• Proven IT support experience with a remote focus.
• Knowledge of Windows and macOS and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with remote desktop and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to end-users.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Install, configure, and update software and operating systems remotely.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
