Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software troubleshooting.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Provide timely and accurate technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Document all support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or relevant teams.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating support articles.
