Placements24 is seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join its established team in a fully remote role, supporting clients in the Stellenbosch area. You will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and provide expert guidance to users.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field, 3+ years in technical support, strong knowledge of operating systems and networks, and excellent communication for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Escalate critical issues to senior technical staff when necessary.
• Assist in testing and implementing new software and hardware solutions.
• Train users on new technologies and system functionalities as needed.
