The role focuses on providing advanced technical assistance, diagnosing complex issues, and ensuring the stability of our client’s infrastructure.

You will diagnose and resolve intricate problems, collaborate with engineering teams to fix defects, and create helpful guides and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in a technical support or engineering role with advanced problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and cloud technologies.
• Proficient in scripting languages and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware and software issues.
• Diagnose, resolve, and document intricate technical problems, identifying root causes.
