Job summary

Placements24 is expanding its technical recruitment division and seeks a skilled Technical Recruiter specializing in Cloud and Infrastructure. This remote-first role in South Africa involves sourcing and placing IT professionals in cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, and network infrastructure for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Technical Recruiter focused on Cloud & Infrastructure
• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure and GCP platforms
• Excellent sourcing and Boolean search skills
• Proven ability to engage passive candidates
• Remote work experience and self-management
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Network Infrastructure roles.
• Use sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and professional networks.
• Conduct in-depth technical interviews to assess candidate skills and experience.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Manage candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in cloud and infrastructure.
• Achieve and exceed placement targets within designated specializations.
