This fully remote role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and placing top IT talent for startups to enterprises, with a strong emphasis on building robust IT teams.
You will source, screen, and interview candidates across software development, cybersecurity, cloud, data analytics, and IT support, while leveraging ATS and remote collaboration tools

- Strong sourcing and engagement skills for tech talent.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen IT professionals across software dev, cybersecurity, cloud, data analytics, IT support.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using online platforms and networks.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Build relationships with IT candidates and clients as trusted advisor.
- Conduct detailed assessments of technical skills, experience and culture fit.
- Stay updated on IT trends and talent landscape to inform sourcing.
- Collaborate with remote colleagues and clients to meet targets.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress using ATS.
