Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Technical Recruiter to specialize in IT infrastructure roles across South Africa. This fully remote position lets you identify, attract, and hire top IT professionals for critical infrastructure positions within client organizations.

You will source, screen, and engage highly technical candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, manage the ATS, and guide the interview and onboarding process to ensure seamless hires.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on IT infrastructure roles.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and technologies (e.g., networking, cloud, servers).
• Experience sourcing for roles such as Network Engineers, System Administrators, Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Cybersecurity Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for IT infrastructure roles across multiple clients.
• Utilize diverse channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical qualifications and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insights.
• Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
