Placements24 in South Africa is seeking an experienced Remote Recruitment Consultant to join its IT & Tech division. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for software developers, data scientists, and cybersecurity specialists, while working fully remotely from anywhere in SA.

You will build strategic relationships with clients and candidates, staying ahead of tech trends and market dynamics. A successful candidate will source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers; provide market insights; and

Qualifikationen

Minimum 3-5 years in IT/tech recruitment with strong client engagement.
Experience recruiting for software developers, data scientists, cybersecurity roles.
Fluent in remote recruitment processes and diverse sourcing strategies.
Strong communication and negotiation skills for remote teams.
