Placements24 is seeking an IT Recruitment Specialist for Cloud and DevOps roles in Randburg, Gauteng. The position is fully remote, offering autonomy and exposure to niche tech talent in AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker and Kubernetes.

You will source, screen, and place IT professionals, build strongrelationships with candidates and clients, and manage the full lifecycle from brief to offer. A 3+ year background in IT recruitment and a relevant degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in IT recruitment with focus on Cloud/DevOps
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience screening and placing IT professionals
• Excellent sourcing and interviewing abilities
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Source IT professionals for Cloud and DevOps roles through various channels
• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess fit
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from brief to offer
• Develop recruitment strategies for niche markets
• Stay updated on cloud/DevOps trends and salary benchmarks
• Provide market insights and timely candidate feedback
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
