Placements24 is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join a fully remote team focused on technology & digital sectors. You will drive full-cycle recruitment, from brief to placement, sourcing top tech talent, screening for skills and culture fit, and advising clients on market trends.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships, developing talent pipelines, and managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for professional growth in a global consultancy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, with a focus on technology or digital sectors.
• Proven success sourcing and placing software engineers, data analysts, UX/UI designers, cloud engineers and cybersecurity specialists.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of technology stacks, programming languages and digital marketing disciplines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive remotely.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment processes for technology and digital roles from briefing to placement.
• Source and identify top candidates through online channels, networks and databases.
• Screen and interview candidates for technical skills, experience, culture fit and career goals.
• Build relationships with clients, understand hiring needs and provide recruitment advice.
• Develop talent pipelines for in-demand technical specializations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on requirements and market trends.
• Manage candidate experience and ensure timely communication and feedback.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding for successful hires.
• Continuously research sourcing tools and techniques to improve effectiveness.
