Placements24 is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a fully remote team, handling the full lifecycle of technology recruitment for a global client base. You will understand client needs, source top tech talent, conduct interviews, manage offers, and drive successful onboarding.

You will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and maintain a strong talent pipeline while collaborating in a flexible, digitally-enabled environment designed to achieve ambitious

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technology recruitment.
• Proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates for highly technical roles.
• Strong understanding of the technology landscape and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical staffing requirements and culture.
• Source, screen, and interview technology professionals (software engineers, data scientists, IT managers, cybersecurity).
• Develop and execute candidate sourcing strategies using multiple channels.
• Manage the full recruitment process from outreach to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of tech professionals.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding client relationships.
