Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally in an agency or tech company.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, Cloud roles.
• Proficient with sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Strong IT vocabulary and ability to engage technical candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote work.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to manage time remotely.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle technical recruitment for IT and engineering roles.
• Source passive and active candidates using varied channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and culture.
• Create compelling job descriptions and outreach messages.
