Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Recruitment Specialist to focus on Tech & Digital roles. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding complex tech requirements to identifying, engaging, and onboarding top candidates in a fully remote setup.

The ideal candidate has proven experience recruiting for developers, data scientists, cyber security experts, and digital marketers, with strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills to deliver outstanding

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, with a strong focus on technology and digital roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and attracting candidates for tech positions (developers, engineers, analysts, designers).
• Excellent understanding of the technology industry and common tech stacks.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and virtual recruitment processes.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various online sourcing platforms.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology and digital roles, including software development, data science, cybersecurity, and digital marketing.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques across online platforms, networks, and niche communities to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers (virtually) to understand technical requirements and talent needs.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for frequently required tech and digital skill sets.
• Ensure a consistently positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the remote recruitment process.
• Manage candidate data and recruitment progress within the ATS.
• Stay current with technology trends, industry changes, and emerging skill demands in the tech sector.
• Provide market insights and feedback to hiring managers regarding talent availability and compensation.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding for successful candidates.
