Placements24 is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join a fully remote team, focusing on tech and professional services across clients globally. You will manage end-to-end recruitment from briefing to onboarding, leveraging digital tools and virtual interviewing to secure top talent.

The role emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, and ongoing training, with access to advanced recruitment technology and an attractive commission structure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar talent acquisition role.
• Proven ability to source candidates using digital tools and platforms.
• Excellent virtual communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned vacancies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management.
• Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through diverse online channels and professional networks.
• Conduct thorough virtual interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through consistent virtual communication.
• Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience through to successful onboarding.
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices in remote recruitment and talent acquisition.
