Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Recruitment Consultant to drive tech & digital hiring. This fully remote role lets you source software engineers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, and product managers for clients across geographies.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, use advanced sourcing techniques, conduct remote interviews, and build strong client relationships through virtual channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in Tech & Digital recruitment.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Sourcing candidates for Software Engineers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, Product Managers.
• Excellent virtual communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with modern recruitment technologies and ATS systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Tech & Digital roles remotely.
• Use advanced sourcing techniques and digital platforms to engage global tech talent.
