Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead Recruitment Consultant to head its Technology Division. This fully remote, permanent role offers the flexibility to build and manage a distributed team from anywhere, driving growth and client relationships within the tech sector.

You will lead a remote team, develop strategic recruitment plans, and oversee end-to-end delivery while maximizing revenue opportunities and staying ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technology-focused recruitment consultancy.
• Proven leadership and remote team management experience.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Deep understanding of technology roles and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and recruitment tech.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

• Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals in the technology sector.
