Qualifications

• 4+ years in recruitment consultancy, technology focus.
• Proven success recruiting IT roles (development, infrastructure, data).
• Strong communication, negotiation and client-facing skills.
• Proficient with recruitment technology, ATS, and social sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles (software, IT infra, cybersecurity, data).
• Source, screen, and interview technology candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with technology clients and understand their hiring needs.
• Utilize sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms to attract niche tech talent.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding for candidates.
• Stay updated on tech trends and their impact on talent markets.
