Placements24 is seeking a Senior IT Recruitment Specialist to lead sourcing and placing top IT talent across South Africa in a fully remote setup. You will partner with clients, shape talent strategies, and drive end-to-end recruitment for software, data, and security roles.

You will leverage advanced sourcing tools and ATS, conduct technical and behavioral interviews, and build lasting relationships with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years IT recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy.
• Proven ability to recruit for niche IT skills and manage end-to-end processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles including software, data, security, and cloud.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage top IT talent.
• Conduct rigorous candidate assessments and interviews.
• Build long-term relationships with IT hiring managers.
• Provide market data on IT talent trends and compensation.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to share best practices.
