The role requires 5+ years in technical recruitment, strong sourcing and executive search experience, and a strategic client-focused mindset to deliver market insights and talent solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialized experience in technical IT recruitment.
• Proven track record in placing senior-level professionals.
• Experience with executive search and passive candidate sourcing.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
• Experience using advanced recruitment technologies and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and niche technical roles, including executive search.
• Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical talent globally.
• Conduct sophisticated candidate assessments, technical interviews, and competency-based evaluations.
• Serve as a strategic partner to key clients, offering market insights and talent acquisition advice.
• Lead and mentor a team of technical recruitment consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Contribute to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities within the technical recruitment market.
