Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in technology recruitment.
• Experience recruiting Software Engineers, Data Analysts, Cloud Architects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Proficient ATS usage and advanced sourcing tools.

Responsabilités

• Source, screen, and interview tech candidates across software, data, cloud, security.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and understand technical requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from engagement to onboarding.
• Provide market insights and recruitment strategy guidance to clients.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including networks, job boards, and social media.
