The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technology recruitment, strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, tech sector.
• Proven track record in managing senior-level searches.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a technology portfolio.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Source, screen and interview candidates with diverse strategies.
• Conduct market research to engage passive candidates.
• Negotiate salary packages and terms with candidates.
• Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients.
• Meet and exceed personal and team targets.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and tech developments.
