Placements24 is recruiting a Technology Recruitment Consultant to source and place IT professionals from software developers to cybersecurity experts. This remote-first role allows you to work from any location while driving client relationships and candidate engagement.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop market insights, and leverage tech recruitment tools to deliver high-quality talent solutions for leading organizations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a demonstrable focus on the technology sector.
• Solid understanding of various IT roles, skills, and industry trends.
• Excellent ability to source and engage with technical talent.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools.
• Comfortable and effective working in a fully remote capacity with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technology-focused roles across software engineering, data, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Build and nurture a network of technology professionals and engage with potential candidates.
• Manage client relationships, understand their technical hiring needs, and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer negotiation and placement.
• Meet performance metrics and delivery targets for technology recruitment assignments.
• Develop expertise in specific tech niches and provide market insights to clients and internal teams.
• Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to identify and attract passive candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
