Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join a fully remote team. You will handle inbound inquiries, prospect outbound leads, and nurture client relationships for our technology solutions, working from anywhere, including Stellenbosch region.

You will qualify leads, schedule demonstrations, and collaborate with marketing and sales to hit monthly targets, while maintaining accurate CRM records. Strong communication and tech-savvy are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, telesales or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening.
• Able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Bachelor's degree desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and qualify leads.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of our technology solutions.
• Schedule product demonstrations and appointments for the field sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through initial sales stages.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments set.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Provide feedback to management on market insights and customer needs.
