Placements24 is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join its remote South Africa sales team. You will generate and qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and close deals for our software solutions.

Based remotely, you will collaborate with marketing and external sales to hit ambitious targets, manage the sales pipeline, and contribute to revenue growth while advancing your career into senior sales roles.

Qualifications

• Proven inside sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Proactively identify and engage potential customers through phone, email, and social channels.
• Conduct compelling online product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Qualify leads generated by marketing and outbound prospecting.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals.
• Build and maintain relationships, understand business challenges, offer solutions.
• Collaborate with field sales to hand over qualified leads and support the cycle.
• Aim to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date on product features and market trends in agri-tech.
