Placements24 is seeking a Remote Inside Sales Specialist to manage inbound leads and engage with potential clients from anywhere in South Africa. You will work with marketing and the technical team to understand client needs, present software solutions, and drive deals to close in a remote-first setup.

The role requires 3+ years in inside sales or account management within tech, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a self-motivated approach in a flexible home-office environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inside sales or account management in software/tech
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and closing deals
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong listening and presentation abilities
• Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools
• Home office setup with reliable internet; SA-based working remotely fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries from marketing campaigns and website leads
• Conduct needs assessments with prospective clients to understand business challenges
• Present and demonstrate software solutions with relevant features
• Manage sales pipeline from contact to closing with accurate CRM records
• Develop proposals/quotes and negotiate terms
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead quality and conversions
• Provide post-sales support and handover to customer success
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
