Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Talent Sourcer to identify and engage top tech-focused talent from a home office. This fully remote role supports recruitment consultants by delivering a steady flow of qualified candidates across software, data, and digital roles.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in talent sourcing, strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills, and experience with ATS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in talent sourcing, recruitment or related HR role with tech focus.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other sourcing tools.
• Experience using ATS and candidate screening processes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and source candidates for technology and digital roles across industries.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Screen candidates, assess qualifications and determine suitability for roles.
• Engage candidates via email, social media, and phone to build interest and relationships.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand role requirements and profiles.
