Placements24 is seeking a Remote Talent Sourcer to join our global virtual team. You will identify and engage candidates for diverse roles across industries, using advanced search techniques and multiple platforms.

You will collaborate with remote recruiters and hiring managers, maintain detailed ATS records, and develop innovative sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines. A passion for research and a results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Talent Sourcer or similar role.
• Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing tools.
• Ability to quickly learn new roles across industries.
• Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify qualified candidates using advanced search techniques across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, etc.).
• Engage candidates to generate interest and build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate interest, basic qualifications, and suitability.
• Collaborate closely with remote recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of sourcing activities and candidate interactions in the ATS.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
• Stay current with sourcing best practices, tools, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
• Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and pipeline health to the recruitment team.
