Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer for a fully remote role. You will identify, engage, and attract high-caliber candidates across multiple industries, developing innovative sourcing strategies and utilizing advanced search techniques to uncover passive talent pools.

You will work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment, collaborating with recruitment consultants and maintaining sourcing metrics to drive successful placements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in talent sourcing, recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of various industry sectors and technical roles.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage workload remotely.
• Experience with ATS and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify candidate pools and trends.
• Use advanced search techniques (Boolean, X-ray) to identify passive candidates.
• Engage and build relationships with potential candidates and assess fit.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to understand role requirements and sourcing needs.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and sourcing metrics.
