• Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment Consultant.
• Remote work experience preferred and ability to work autonomously.
• Strong sourcing techniques and candidate engagement.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for client roles.
