You will collaborate with hiring managers, maintain ATS data, and drive efficient hiring cycles in a dynamic, remote environment. The position offers competitive compensation and a pathway to grow within a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably remote.
• Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, for various roles.
• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics in the ATS.
