Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote HR Specialist focused on Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment for a globally distributed team. You will manage the full lifecycle from defining needs to extending offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
3–5 years of talent acquisition experience in tech or fast-paced environments.
Proven success sourcing and recruiting for diverse roles, including technical positions.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; remote collaboration experience.

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across departments.
