Placements24 is seeking a Remote HR Generalist with a Talent Acquisition focus to drive recruitment across departments in a remote-first South Africa setup. You will own the full lifecycle—from job postings and sourcing to interviews and offers—ensuring alignment with company culture and growth goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR generalist positions with a strong TA background, excellent interviewing skills, and proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, psychology or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR generalist experience with talent acquisition focus.
• Proven full-cycle recruitment ability, preferably remotely.
• Strong knowledge of modern recruitment tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from posting to offer negotiation.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout process.
• Maintain recruitment data and report on hiring metrics.
