Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a globally distributed team. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle from needs assessment to offers, delivering a seamless candidate experience in a fully remote setup.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruiting, sourcing strategies, conducting screenings, and collaborating with hiring managers to build a strong candidate pipeline across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proven success in sourcing and recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employer branding.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and remote collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse roles, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and guide them through the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
