Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, remote interviews, and building talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and job boards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably remote.
• Strong proficiency with online recruitment tools, ATS, and video conferencing platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for remote interaction.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity from a home office environment.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging candidates in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of roles, from initial brief to offer negotiation.
• Utilize advanced online sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and industry-specific platforms.
• Conduct thorough remote interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key client sectors and hard-to-fill positions.
• Provide timely updates and exceptional service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Stay updated on remote work best practices and virtual collaboration tools.
