Job summary

Placements24's client, a pioneering non-profit focused on expanding access to educational resources, seeks a Remote Partnership Development Manager. You will identify and cultivate high-impact partners, negotiate agreements, and steward relationships to drive program growth and social impact.

In this fully remote role, you will collaborate with fundraising and program teams, travel occasionally for key events, and report ROI and outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business-related field or equivalent
• MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus
• 5–7 years in partnership/business development or related role, ideally in non-profit/education
• Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships
• Exceptional networking, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to create win-win collaborations
• Proficiency with CRM and relationship-management tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Demonstrated passion for educational equity and social impact
• Strong analytical skills to assess partnership potential and impact

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy for identifying and cultivating potential partners
• Nurture relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations
• Negotiate partnership agreements aligning with goals and resources
• Manage and grow existing partnerships for greater impact
• Collaborate with program and fundraising teams to align efforts
• Represent the organization at virtual and in-person events
• Craft presentations and proposals to articulate partnership value
• Track activities, outcomes, and ROI for leadership reports
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in partnerships
