Qualifications

• 7+ years in partnership development, business development or fundraising, preferably in non-profit.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Non-Profit Management or related field.
• Strong networking, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with partnerships generating measurable results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; persuasive proposals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential strategic partners aligned with the organization's goals.
• Develop and execute a strategy for partnership development, including outreach and stewardship.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders in partner organizations.
• Negotiate and draft partnership agreements, MOUs, and project plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with organizational objectives.
• Secure financial and in-kind support from corporate and foundation partners.
• Represent the organization at conferences and events.
• Develop compelling proposals to articulate partnership value.
• Monitor progress and impact of partnerships and report to leadership.
