Placements24 seeks a strategic Partnership Development Manager to lead alliances for a charitable organization. This fully remote role focuses on identifying partners, crafting win-win proposals, and managing ongoing collaborations to widen impact for Klerksdorp and beyond.

You will network with corporations, foundations, and non-profits, negotiate agreements, and align program and fundraising teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or strategic alliances in the non-profit sector.
• Demonstrated success in identifying, cultivating, and securing partnerships.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the non-profit landscape and corporate social responsibility.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and approach potential strategic partners aligned with the organization's mission.
• Develop compelling partnership proposals outlining mutual benefits and collaborative opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring clear objectives and deliverables.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.
• Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and meetings (virtually or in-person as needed).
