Placements24 is seeking a proactive Partnership Development Officer for a fully remote role in South Africa. You will expand our network of schools, NGOs, and corporate sponsors, identifying partners and developing proposals to secure collaborations.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in education/non-profit sectors, and a proven ability to build strategic relationships; remote work enables collaboration across regions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Education, Marketing, or related).
• Proven experience in partnership development or fundraising.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and proposal writing abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office suite.

Aufgaben

• Identify and research potential partner organizations, including schools, NGOs, and corporations.
• Develop and present partnership proposals outlining mutual benefits and collaboration opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and MOUs.
• Coordinate the implementation of partnership activities and initiatives.
• Track partnership progress, gather feedback, and report on outcomes to management.
• Represent the organization at virtual and in-person networking events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective partner engagement and support.
• Stay informed about trends and opportunities in education and non-profit sectors.
• Manage a portfolio of partnerships to ensure their success and sustainability.
