Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Partnerships Manager for a dynamic international charity. The role is fully remote, requiring proactive networking to identify and manage strategic collaborations with corporations, foundations, and other NGOs worldwide.

You will develop proposals, negotiate agreements, and nurture partner relationships to expand reach and impact across diverse regions and cultures. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in partnerships/BD are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances in nonprofits.
• Proven track record of building and managing complex partnerships.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Identify and cultivate new strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and NGOs globally.
• Develop and negotiate partnership agreements aligned with goals and values.
• Manage existing partner relationships with ongoing engagement and collaboration.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure partnerships and funding.
• Represent the organization at virtual and occasional in-person industry events.
• Monitor and report on progress and impact of partnership initiatives.
