Job summary

Hire Hangar Global is hiring a Sourcing and Recruitment Assistant to support high-volume hiring through intensive screening, interview coordination, and recruitment administration. This remote role aligns with US time zones and requires strong organization to manage multiple recruitment workflows.

You will conduct sourcing, resume reviews, video screenings, interview scheduling, job posting management, and JD updates, using ATS and collaboration tools to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum hands-on experience in sourcing or recruitment support in a high-volume or fast-paced hiring environment.
• Experience working remotely with tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar) and with US or UK-based companies.
• Proven ability to manage repetitive, high-volume recruitment tasks with accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable conducting video-based candidate screenings and meeting tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume candidate sourcing and screening across multiple open roles
• Review resumes and conduct initial qualification assessments
• Lead high-volume video screenings to evaluate candidate fit
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage interviews across recruiters and hiring managers
• Manage and maintain job postings across job boards and sourcing platforms
• Create and update job descriptions in collaboration with recruiters
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
• Send high volumes of candidate communications, updates, and follow-ups
• Support general recruitment administration and ad hoc tasks as needed
• Ensure a consistent, timely, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
