Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Solar Energy Project Manager to spearhead the development and execution of groundbreaking solar projects across various regions. Key Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of solar energy project lifecycles, including site assessment, design, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for multiple projects concurrently. Liaise effectively with internal teams, external contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct regular project performance reviews, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure all projects comply with relevant safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality control procedures. Manage stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, even in a remote setting. Utilize project management software and tools to track progress and report on key performance indicators.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years specifically focused on solar energy projects. Demonstrated success in managing projects from initiation to closure, with a strong understanding of solar technologies and applications. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Primavera P6) and financial management tools. Excellent understanding of renewable energy policies, incentive programs, and grid interconnection processes. Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, suited for a remote environment. Proven ability to manage budgets and control project costs effectively. Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges. Must be self-disciplined and capable of managing workload independently in a remote work setting.
