This fully remote, permanent role requires proactive delivery, budget and risk management, and strong PV systems knowledge. You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in project management within renewable energy or solar.
• Demonstrated end-to-end project delivery experience for solar/renewables.

About the Role

You will be instrumental in overseeing the entire lifecycle of solar energy projects, from initial conception and planning through to execution and successful commissioning. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse solar energy projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, construction) and external stakeholders (suppliers, contractors, regulatory bodies).
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant safety, environmental, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil), Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in project management, specifically within the renewable Energy or solar sector.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects from initiation to completion, with a focus on renewable energy solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) technologies, system design, and installation best practices.
