Requirements

• Proven ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, within budget and on schedule.
• Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
• Excellent understanding of the technical aspects of hydro and solar power generation.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, vital for remote team coordination.
• Proficiency in risk management and problem-solving.
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
