Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Solar Project Manager to lead photovoltaic projects from inception to completion. This fully remote role requires strong leadership and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across locations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management, 8+ years of PM experience with 5+ years in solar PV, and PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end solar energy project management from feasibility to commissioning.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Senior Solar Project Manager to lead photovoltaic projects from inception through to successful completion. This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to manage projects from the convenience of your home office. You will be responsible for all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering complex solar energy installations on time and within budget, coupled with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will play a key role in expanding our renewable energy portfolio and driving sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end management of solar energy projects , from feasibility studies and design to construction and commissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal teams, external contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status reports to senior management.

Requirements
