Placements24 is seeking a Software Development Project Manager to oversee the full software development lifecycle in a fully remote role. You will lead multiple projects, coordinate with product, QA, and stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in software project management, strong Agile experience, and excellent leadership and communication skills, within a collaborative remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of software project management experience.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the SDLC from requirements to deployment.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead software development teams and mentor members.
• Coordinate communication among teams and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Ensure software products meet business objectives.
