You will champion Agile practices, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in software project leadership, strong remote leadership, SDLC/CI-CD expertise, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, focused on software engineering leadership.
• Experience managing complex software projects in distributed or remote settings.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects in a remote environment.
• Lead cross-functional teams including developers, testers, designers, and product owners.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
