Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Social Inclusion Advocate to champion the rights and well-being of underserved populations from a virtual setting. This role enables you to work remotely from Paarl, connecting with clients and facilitating their integration into community support systems.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in social work, law, public policy, or related field.
• Significant advocacy, social work, or human rights experience, preferably remote.
• Strong understanding of social justice, discrimination, and inclusion barriers.
• Excellent remote communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and digital case management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote advocacy and support to individuals facing social exclusion or discrimination.
• Assist clients in navigating complex systems to access social services, legal aid, and community resources.
• Develop and deliver information sessions and resources on social inclusion topics remotely.
• Liaise with community organizations, government agencies, and service providers to improve outcomes.
• Maintain confidential case records for all clients supported.

You will work remotely to connect with clients, provide advocacy services, and facilitate their integration into community support systems.
