Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote support, counseling, and information services to clients via various digital platforms.

• Document client interactions, progress, and outcomes accurately and confidentially in the CRM system.

Requirements

• A relevant degree or diploma in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a social support, counseling, or case management role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy and clarity remotely.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools, video conferencing, and CRM software.
