Placements24, on behalf of a globally recognized foundation, seeks a visionary Social Impact Program Manager for a fully remote role in South Africa, focusing on the Free State. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in International Development, Public Policy, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive program management or non-profit leadership experience with measurable results.
• Experience designing and managing large-scale social programs, preferably in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for social impact programs in South Africa, aligning with mission and goals.
• Identify social needs and opportunities within the Free State region.
• Design and manage lifecycle of programs, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, government agencies, communities, and corporate partners.
• Oversee program budgets with efficient allocation of resources.
• Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track progress and impact.
• Lead cross-functional teams and partners to meet objectives.
• Prepare reports and proposals for senior management and donors.
• Stay abreast of best practices in social impact and development.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across programs and partners.
