• Master's degree in International Development, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive program management experience in non-profit or social impact sectors.
• Proven ability to work remotely in distributed teams and manage complex projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, and implementation of social impact programs.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for program delivery.
• Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track impact and outcomes.
• Cultivate relationships with partners, beneficiaries, and stakeholders via virtual channels.
• Prepare program reports, proposals, and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Facilitate virtual workshops, trainings, and collaborative meetings.
• Ensure compliance with policies, grants, and ethical standards.
